Our Facility has 10 main cooking stations for you to use by the hour. They are:
1) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
2) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
3) 36″ Grill / 24″ Griddle
4) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
5) Smoker / Double Combi Oven
6) prep only (Equipment reserved for Page’s Okra Grill!)
7) 6 burner Range w/ Oven
8) prep only (space for future expansion)
9) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
10) Deck oven
We also provide access to a blast chiller, pressure cooker/tilt braiser, a slicer, mixers, 2 fryers, and a wide variety of cookware. Our lot has parking and hookups for 20 food trucks.
